Leveraging the combined experience of its team and allies, ICRT has developed a proprietary process and tools to design and implement international in-work training programs. 

ICRT works closely together with companies to customize these programs to their specific people-development needs and strategies.   

ICRT's programs consist of modules that are grouped in four broad categories: Technical, Cultural, Evaluation and Mobility.

ICRT evaluates and measures the performance and results of the program in accordance to the specific tailor-made program objectives.


A formal and structured feedback process is used where the input of all participants is obtained at major milestones of the training.


In addition, ICRT collaborates with companies to calculate the program's ROI and the value that it brings in relation to its costs.
